68% of Indian shoppers surveyed expect to purchase from any store they see online. Even the people who buy in-stores prefer online shopping during the research. 63% of urban users use searches only before their purchase. This implies that each brand has the opportunity to grow by focusing on a seamless online-offline experience for their customers.


Swiggy's has some expertise in delivering groceries within 15 to 30 minutes, reflecting the satisfaction that customers would get from an in-store shopping experience. The services have been expanded to seventeen cities and it has over two million users.


Live commerce is expanding and people are looking for virtual-try where people are beginning to take charge of their time and space. Close to half of shoppers surveyed felt that immersive innovation like AR, VR, and 3D content assists them with feeling more associated with products, and 61% say they are bound to purchase from a brand that uses such technologies.

  • Searches for hybrid workplace

With 70% of associations in India seeing hybrid work models past the pandemic. Searches mirror this adaptation to a more flexible future for work and everyday exercises as people start taking charge of their time and space, especially at home.


Search interest in hybrid work environments developed by 350% as individuals consider getting back to workplaces in hybrid setups.


Search interest in online doctor consultation rose by 80% as users search for online choices for medical care.


  • Financial Choices/decisions

Now people are changing their financial choices and are looking for more ways to invest their money. Some are looking for various investment ideas, while others are looking for deals and discounts to save every last penny.


There has been a rise of 30% and 43% respectively to people searching for small investments and how to invest. Likewise, youtube searches have seen a rise of 45% when people are willingly searching for the best stocks.

Moreover, people are interested in second-hand cars and laptops, the searches rose by 25%, as people are looking for more prudent ways of getting around the high cost of ownership.


  • Self-care & quality time with loved ones

Individuals in India have put more worth on investing energy with their families, and some even see it as more significant than being monetarily secure or fruitful. This is reverberated in look, with shoppers searching for moments of quality time with their friends and family.


People are trying to build more familial connections. Searches show that with children rose by over 36% while search interest in quality time rose by 53%.
